Oujintennouryo ( the mausoleum of Emperor Oujin ) was built in the first half of five century ( about 1600 years ago ). In Habikino city and Fujiidera city, there are many ancient tombs. The Oujintennouryo is the biggest one of those tombs. Moreover, the Oujintennouryo is the second biggest ancient tomb of Japan. The Emperor Oujin was called as Homutanosumeramikoto in the Nihonshoki that is the oldest historical documentation in Japan.

At the back of the ancient tomb, there is the Konda Hachimangu Shrine which is dedicated to the Homutanosumeramikoto.
